This week we have a special show taking a look at  racing in the Northeast  USA.

Dr. Dick Berggren spent over a decade reporting from  pit road during Fox Sports’ coverage of NASCAR races. Find out how car trouble  helped give us one of the best writers/broadcasters in racing. We also get an  update on the Northeast Motorsports Museum. Dick Berggren’s Speedway Illustrated brings race  fans racers great motorsports coverage every month.

Tom Mayberry is one of the best short track promoters  in the business and has built the Pro All Star Series into the best super late  model racing in North  America. The richest one day  event in short track racing is coming up on July 21st at Oxford  Plains Speedway in Oxford, Maine. Tom will help preview the TD Bank 250 which  switches back to super late model power this year and offers $25,000 to win and  an additional $25,000 in lap money.

The NASCAR Sprint Cup, Nationwide and  Whelen Modified series head to the Magic Mile of New Hampshire Motor Speedway  this year. Director of   Communications Kristen Costa gives us a preview of this weekend’s races  and other events at NHMS.
